Re: LEAVING FIXED VERTICAL STREAKS

Did you get a fix for this I have the exact same problem and cannot fix it. It's driving me mad - It has new toners, new waste cartridge new transfer belt, an engineer has inspected drums and said no issues. Coincidentally it only started after the latest firmware/software update

Re: LEAVING FIXED VERTICAL STREAKS

I'm the onsite DCA for a college, so I've called in support. I replaced the entire transfer belt and cleaned the printheads...

It's either a drum issue or a fuser issue. It's leaving ghost prints and makign the vertical streaks...

Re: LEAVING FIXED VERTICAL STREAKS

Hello Lisa,

I found an article for streaks on the output, which mentions cleaning the printhead lens.   If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance.

Thanks,

LEAVING FIXED VERTICAL STREAKS

Product Name: VersaLink C7000 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I've installed a new transfer belt thinking this was the issue... I ordered a new waste toner container to go along with it. I swapped out the blue and yellow drums and toner cartridges... it's STILL leaving streaks... Can someone PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD tell me which part(s) I need to replace/have gone bad? We are a print services company that uses this machine several times a day and it is no bueno that we have to outsource our profits...  NEW TRANSFER BELT, NEW WASTE TONER CONTAINER, SWAPPED OUT CYAN TO YELLOW CARTRIDGES (SEE TWO PRINTS ABOVE) SWAPED OUT DRUMS FROM BLUE TO CYAN (SEE 3 PICS BELOW)NEW TRANSFER BELT, NEW WASTE TONER CONTAINER, SWAPPED OUT CYAN TO YELLOW CARTRIDGES (SEE TWO PRINTS ABOVE) SWAPED OUT DRUMS FROM BLUE TO CYAN (SEE 3 PICS BELOW)
