have you tried to use another ppd from another model?
I'm presuming it's more of a driver issue.
I've tried all the different orientation settings within the print options.
Having updated the firmware to the the latest version I can get the printer to recognise the first page after a reset / power on. Any aditional pages in landscape after that throw up the userdict problem again. :(
not sure, but sometime you can define landspape in the applixation, like word and photoshop, but there is also a landscape setting in the drivcer itself, of for mac in the printer features....
have you tried both options?
Hi Guys,
Hopefully I'm missing something blatently simple here, but...
I seem to be having problems getting the 8650DN to print from either Adobe Photoshop or Indesign in landscape mode. All I get is duplex prints containing userdict information.
Printing from Word appears to be fine and standard portrait documents come out fine...
Anybody got any ideas ?
I'm currently using the 2.09 driver on OS X 10.7.2.
Any suggestion seriously appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul.
