Sounds like you have tried everything already, so it would be a hardware escalation: 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100
When printing or copying, the message: "left door opened" appears, causing jams.
Actions : 1. Shim Inserted under left door interlock actuator >>> NG
2. Left door Switch interlock replaced ( From another machine ) >>> NG
3. Left door replaced (From another machine) >>>> NG
4. IOT PWB replaced ( New ) >>> NG
5. Front door switch interlock replaced ( From another machine) >>> Jams were less than all the above tests (3 / 900 )
