I already told them I'll be needing a refund.
It looks like the new drum is realy defective.
Look at what we got when we put back in the old drum
Well I've ordered a new developer unit. Due to come in tomorrow. we also would try switching back to the old drum unit see if the issue continues
the first set of pics were from the old drum unit
then the last pic is from the new drum unit after a few hundred prints.
Ok. But those lines can be from drum unit or from develoer unit.
I put that cyan drum in yesterday
It looks like the cyan drum is bad. Try to swap with other one.
This is how bad it is now
Ok thanks I'll do that too, There's quite a bit of toner spill on the developer housing units.
It will be better also to check/clean ROS windows
