Load Required Resources printing from UNIX in ColorQube 9303

you can try changing the pdd

i always download the windows PS driver, unzip it and use that .ppd file

also the latest firmware for the 92xx range inlcudes a FER for correct handling substitution , contact xerox for this version : 061.0x0.221.24900

FER: Automatically scale between common Metric and US sizes for PS

Special Instructions

1. Go to the Local User Interface (LUI) to enable Paper Substitution for trays. (This enables Paper Substitution Only, not scaling)
2. Go to WebUI (CWIS)àPropertiesàServicesàPrintingàGeneral
3. Turn ON check Letter/A4 Substitution. Click [Apply]

(This enables scaling when Paper Substitution is performed.)

Hi, I am having problems with a report that is printed from UNIX. In the UI the ColorQube show "Load Required Resources" I already enabled "Substitution" but it did not work.

The report size is 7.25" x 10.5" but I want it to be printed in 8.5"x11"

Machine model is ColorQube 9303.

I hope someone helps me!!
