On the WorkCentre 3615, it is giving us a "Load paper in tray error"; of course paper is loaded. We have had 2 technicians from Xerox out to try and repair. Still nothing. Then the service call on 4.19. 2022 was moved to today 4.22.2022. No technician showed . No call either. Its been over 2 months. Should we just replace printer since techs cannot fix either?

Called on 4.25.2022. Customer service was professional; however, when they transferred me to tech support I was ignored. Tech did not help nor call back to follow up. Does Xerox have a replace then repair policy? Meaning bring a 3615 or comparable printer out here. And replace. Take back the broken existing 3615 back to warehouse to repair? Thank you again
