Hi, I have the latest service pack installed.
I have realised that anything other than JPEG prints low quality
Another example, I could create a document in Affinity Designer. 2 exact same images but 1 PNG and 1 JPEG side by side. The JPEG image will print fine but the PNG will be low quality

Thank you for using the Support Forum. If you are using the current driver from February 1st 2022 then also make sure you have the latest service pack installed on your printer as well. You do not mention what you are printing from. If this is a PDF please try choosing the print as image option in Adobe and see if that helps. If none of this helps please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Hi, wondering if anyone can help here
I have just installed the drivers for the Xerox C8000 on my Mac, checked all the settings however the prints are coming out low quality such as: text is a little fuzzy, thin outlines barely showing. Edges of prints a little blurry.
its as if the quality is set to low rather than high but I have checked and this is set to "enhance"
I can print from windows absoultey fine, really sharp images/text
as you can see from the image attached. The bottom is printed from Mac.
