Hey!
If the printer actually works with 10.7 it should also work with 10.8, even though some functionality may be lost.
I would suggest trying the Print driver package for OS X 10.7 and manually installing it using the plus sign and add IP printer.
See if that works.
Hope this helps
Thanks!
Hi,
That is a difficult question because this printer uses GDI drivers. This means that it doesn't use PCL or Postscript. The job processing is done by the pc and not by the printer. As far as I know there is no temp solution, until the 10.8 drivers will come out.

I recently purchased a APPLE MacBook Air with Mountain Lion OS installed and need to find a print driver to use a Xerox Phaser 6010. I have contacted Xerox Customer service and Apple tech support to find a generic print driver. However, no one has provided the generic print driver as a temporary solution until the phaser 6010 driver is put into production. The Phaser 6010 worked fine with prior Mac OS versions. Are there any temp solutions to get my printer operational
