We are running Mac OS X 10.7.5 through 10.9.2 and the latest Xerox driver update seems to have disrupted our ability to print from standard applications (Office, Acrobat, browsers). When someone sends a file to print, the file takes quite a long time to process and usually, only one page of a multipage document will print. The print queue shows a "checking printer status" job over and over. Graphics applications like InDesign print without any delay. This is happening on both our 7800s but not on our HPLJs. have you heard of this issue before?

we are having the same problem with our 7800dx. from adobe acrobat it will say processing for a long time then is only prints 1 page of many. the same file prints fine from preview on the same mac.
