Hello Elizabeth,

I would recommend uninstalling the printer and then resinstalling it with the Xerox print driver following these steps and tips. You can find the Xerox drivers to download here.

Mac not recognising printer

Product Name: Xerox B215 Multifunction Printer

My Xerox B215 printer has stopped working. It started behaving erratically a week or so ago. I switched the cable and it worked again. It then didn't work and I deleted the printer and added it again and it worked. Now it is plugged in and on, and the cable is plugged into my Mac, but the Mac doesn't appear to recognise it and it isn't appearing when I have deleted and try to add it again as my printer.  I have already taken the power plug out and then in again but this hasn't worked.  Do you have any suggestions?
