MacOS 13 Ventura and Apeosport C5570 Mac Print Driver 2.0 unable to save presets

I'm using MacOS 13 Ventura with 2 Xerox printers (Phaser 7500 and VersaLink 505x). The job presets on the VersaLink 505 do not save. I have upgraded to latest driver (XeroxDrivers_5.11.2_2379.dmg) and the problem is still there (job preset settings are not saving). The Phaser 7500, an older printer, is not having this problem where the VersaLink, less than 2 years old, is having the provlem. Hoping for a fix from Xerox or Apple.

I work with teachers and we use job accounting plus colour and duplex presets on all devices conneting to our Apeosport C5570 copier. All devices are working fine with our copier except our newest device running MacOS 13. This device, no matter which drivers we try, looks like it will save the presets.. However when you go in and check they have gone back to the factory defaults. This means that staff are unable to upgrade their laptops and we have one laptop we cannot use as it cannot print.

This is the same issue we experienced with MacOS 12 (Monterey) until an updated driver resolved the issue.

My questions are: Are other users who use job accounting having this issue with MasOS 13 and is there an easy fix or a timeframe to update the drivers and resolve this issue?
