Problem solved. For future reference if you change the developer housing always do a short run ( 20-25 sheets) to let the toner "ink up" again. If you just run 1 test sheet it will still show its not working

Checked dispenser motor, its ok. Changed Developer and its functioning but the magenta wont drop. Anyone have this problem before? Solution?
