Sounds like you have tried everything already for the maintenance kit replacement, so it would be a hardware escalation: 1-800-835-6100. I did find this article on remote services for you to review.
Our VersaLink B400 printer is still displaying the "Maintenance Kit past end of life" error message, after the original Maintenance Kit was replaced with a new one, which was installed when that message originally popped up. The instructions from the xerox website on how to replace the kit for this model (Replace the Fuser and Bias Transfer Roller (Maintenance Kit) (xerox.com) were followed to the letter. Anyone know how to solve this?
Also despite it confirming that it is connected to the ethernet it still is saying "not connected to the internet" and says "remote services error". If anyone has insight into this problem, I would appreciate it.
