That looks like a damaged maintenance kit. I would recommend contacting the Support Department: 1-800-821-2797.

Can't anybody tell me where this loose piece of rubber should go in the unit?

Ever since I have had this kit I have had problems. I never thought the problesm were related to the kit until I have just done some reading on the forum.

Only after a couple of weeks I noticed the roller a blue dirty colour and now I see a thin piece of plastic with jaws cuts on it, that is loose inside. I am not sure where exactly it goes.

The part # on it is 105124401-736000364

I have only done 11k pages.
