Major 8570 print issues, but light stripes test is good

Product Name: ColorQube 8570
Operating System: Windows 10

I'm really not sure where to go from here.  There have been print issues for a while on color, so I got her to make a color-block test, and there were major C & M issues.  Ran the print head test, and each jet is good, and there are no print gaps on the page - but in running the color-block test again, it's the exact same issues.  My guess was the drum, but since the print head test fills completely, and the Y & K are perfect, this doesn't seem likely.

Any ideas?
