not every enevlop is compatibel for printing... look @ customer expectations document what is possible for supplies...
you can also try to open the envelop, that way the closed "flap" is not that thick, so it will be not that crushed
Why does the manual feed mangle envelopes? They come out crushed and wrinkled. Full size paper comes out OK.
