Manual feed tray asks to load paper every time

Product Name: Xerox B315 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

We use the manual feed tray regularly for printing on another form - every time we send a print through it asks for us to load paper and comes up with the instructions even though the paper is loaded.  We have to hit the no prompt button on the printer screen then it starts automatically so it is detecting the paper there ok.  Is there a way to skip the instructions so that it will just print without us having to hit a button on the screen?
