I searched the knowledgebase and could not find any articles on this topic. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797.

Margins Grayed out, cannot change.

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello,

Hoping someone can help me out. Cannot figure out why I cannot change the margins in Adobe PDF reader, also Chrome, IE, Edge browsers will not work. What is it? I have a Phaser 6600, but have also tried other Xerox machines in our building (Versalink B400, Phaser 4510N, and Phaser 6600) Is this a driver issue?
