Hello Pike, 

Repeating marks are typically caused by a consumable, the distance of the marks determine which consumable maybe causing the issue.   I would suggest that you either call into the support center so they can help you or try going to our online knowledge link to trouble shoot the distance.

Marks at top of page

When we print on our Xerox we sometimes get these marks at the top of the page, they occur more often and more strongly if we have not printed anything for a while. They only occur on the top ~10% of the page, below that is always fine.

Sometimes they are all one colour (either black, cyan, yellow, or magenta), sometimes there are multiple colours on the page. The marks occur whether printing in B&W or in colour (the example below was printed in B&W).

Drum and toners are all >70%, everything else is reporting OK status. I tried replacing the toner waste container anyway but it didn't help.
