Marks on one side of print

Thanks for your response . I am well aware to all the info on these articles and work by them from day one...It seems like one of the inner paper rolling wheels is leaving these marks. I asked some printer tech for advice and he thinks it's the oven/heater. If it is a problem of the oven/heater shouldn't the marks appear on all paper/label types..?

In the attachments, I used white polyester label sheets. It happens on cardstock and white polyester label sheets, but not on transparent polyester label sheets or envelopes. always print from the Bypass tray
