Hello,

Thank you for your help but I was unable to install the application XeroxCentreWareWeb (error message on a missing module : IIS URL Rewrite module).

My printer is not installed on a network, I don't know if it is possible to use this application in this case.

Unfortunately, I think I have to give up.

Hello Elodie, 

Have you checked the supplies status via centreware internet services (CWIS)?   Click here for the instructions on how to check the supply status. If the status is low I would suggest that you try replacing it, if not please consider contact the support department for additional assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

Message : Insérez noir Cartouche de Toner

Hello,

I replaced my black toner less than a year ago with a genuine Xerox toner, and after 9 months of infrequent use of my printer (about 15 pages per month), I have the following message which appears and I can no longer print: Insert black - Toner cartridge.

I removed and then put the cartridge back in, it doesn't change anything, it is no longer detected by the proofs.

What can I do?

J'ai remplacé mon toner noir il y a moins d'un an par un toner d'origine Xerox, et après 9 mois d'utilisation peu fréquente de mon imprimante (15 pages par mois environ), j'ai le message suivant qui s'affiche et je ne peux plus imprimer : Insérez noir - Cartouche de Toner.

J'ai retiré puis remis la cartouche, ça ne change rien, elle n'est plus détectée par l'imprimante.

Que puis-je faire ?
