Metered Toner not Compatible with OEM Metered Toner

You can use this link to find the support number for your area.  If you have a service agreement with Xerox that includes supplies you would use the metered cartridge, if you do not have a service agreement or a contract that doesn't include supplies you would use the sold cartridge.

Second Q: How do I know if my printer needs metered or can use "Sold" replacement toner?

What is the model of the device?

Why is this not just working? OEM - Took one out - put one in. PIC  (top is new one in pic).  I hope you can see the pic.  I installed a toner - exactly the same OEM, but it says "Not Compatible"
