You can by login as admin in machine CWIS. In the Home Menu go to Supplies Details then to Alerts Setup, press Toner Level and there you can setup what percent you want.

I realise that the metered printing re-order levels is set at 15% but can we request an increase to that level - we have situations where users often have to rint a lot of colour documents and it can easily take us past the 15% threshold to nearly 0% in one day
