Microsoft Office Documents Print Wrong

Greetings,

I have a brand new ColorQube 8580. When it prints Office documents (Word, Excel, etc.), it messes up the allignment and position. Things get printed 1/2 inch or so off from where they should be, and things get cut off at the edges.  My coworker has the same printer, I tried printing on hers too and the problems happens there too. It's as if Microsoft doesn't like Xerox printers. I'm at a loss as to what to do. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks,

~Noah

Re: Microsoft Office Documents Print Wrong

It isn't just Xerox.

Any printer can be affected.

Pictures can cause it.

If all else fails, Save as pdf and print without the issue. Even the guy who designed the MS print engine prefers it.
