Would you have a link to that driver?? I thought I'd found that driver, but obviously not because it actually made the problem worse! It now opens 2 web paghes EVERY SINGLE PRINT JOB.  REALLY crazy-making.

Re: Microsoft Printing On The Web message

Hi Navion,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try uninstalling the driver you are currently using, reboot your PC then install the Global Print driver PS type 3.  You can also try the product specific PCL 6 driver.  Both have been successful for other users.  If this does not help you can search the Microsoft support they are well aware of the situation and have several suggestions on how to stop the pop-up.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Microsoft Printing On The Web message

Product Name: WorkCentre 7220/7225
Operating System: Windows 10

For some reason, just in the last week, whenever we go to print, we get this popup that says "Welcome to Office On The Web", which we have to close to go beyond. We use Office 2019 H&B, NOT Office 365, and besides, this happens whether we're printing from an office ap or Adobe Acrobat (not the MS PDF printer). We've pinned it down to being something to do with the WC-7220 driver, because if we try to print to our HP printer, we don't get this. If we print to the WC from AUTOCAD, we get it too.

Any idea what this is and how we can get rid of it??
