I have problems with my printer, I formatted my computer from Windows 11 (it was working) to windows 10. After the formatting I can not print files, the computer detects the printer, but when I send a document it stays in queue and ends up giving me an error.
I uninstalled the printer and used your program to do it automatically installing the divers with the same result.
My printer is a Xerox Phaser 7800 DN and my OS is Windows 10 Pro.
