If PDF files are not printing correctly or completely, make sure to select the [Print as Image] check box in the Printer Section of the Print Window.
If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Hi all,
I have an issue with my printer.
I am able to print correctly from Chrome or Adobe Reader, etc., but when I print direclty without dialogue box, the print misses some lines and the document is not readable.
Like when the ink is missing, but it is not the case...
It seems related to the default settings of the printer.
