Check that the humidity is in acceptable range in the room the printer is in, make sure you load entire reams of paper, not a few sheets at a time (Static build-up), Don't store the paper near an air conditioner.Make sure it is loaded in the machine properly (Not just size, but type and weight matters). Try rotating it in the tray 90 degrees and see if it works better, it could be you are buying long grain vs short grain paper.
And there is no need to post the same issue twice.
Make sure you have the weight set properly. If it is also happening on plain paper, it could be an issue with the transfer belt assy, transfer roller or drum/ imaging units.
And from your own post history, it seems like improperly programming the tray was/is the issue.
The settings you put on the tray don't help us at all, because we have no idea what you put in the tray.
But since you choose reloaded, is the output your showing here paper that already was printed on and you are printing on it again?
Have you tried running 50 blanks through it to try and get the toner stuck to your fuser to come off?
From the beginning, I had put bright white copy paper (GP Premium red pack) in tray 1 on the plain paper setting. It kept jamming. Then got some Xerox brand glossy cardstock paper, put it in the bypass at Glossy Cardstock Reloaded. That copy was from the setting of Glossy Cardstock reloaded. I fed 5 sheets. I will do the 50 blanks with the card stock and see what happens.
