Thank you for your reply. I did speak with a technician and it was determined that the software was so old, it could not be recognized by the printer. The printer is now working as it should.

Hello AraChiya, 

I found an article for unable to print via USB with some trouble shooting steps to try. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.   Befor calling the support department try registrering the printer here.

My new C230 color printer will not print

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I just received my new Xerox C230 color printer. Following the instructions, I set the printer up. I printed a test page, but the machine will not print anything else I send to it via the USB cable. First, it gave an error message that the memory was full, but I reset and it refuses to print. I use SERIF publishing software. I have downloaded and install other drivers, but it refuses to print. No error message. The que shows the project to be printed, but then it clears itself. Can someone please tell me how to fix this, step by step? I had the same problem with a Brother printer and every attempt to fix it was unsuccessful and then Brother refused to take it back. I tried to contact XEROX for help, but it is very difficult and they want to charge me to the fix. Please help.
