My printer is always spinning, behave like printing, help me

i solved it but there is a new problem now. it prints black page now and smell bad, i think the fuser is much hotter than before and i saw smoking. i really don't understand why it happened.

If the machine is "running" right after you add toner, it is probably just toning up. That means it is refilling your developer module to prepare for printing. It may also do this after (or even during) a long or graphics-intensive print run. This is normal behavior. After it detects that the toner has been refilled (it may take a minute or two) it should return to normal operation. If it does not allow you to use it, or if it gives you an error code, call for service.

I've xerox 3117 printer, i change its rubber. but now, when i put toner in it, it is always spinning. It should stop after 1 cycle. It behave like printing but it never stoped. What is the problem?
