I'm not sure how you're connected but I've included two article below for you to look at. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

My printer refuses to print

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

I have a WorkCenter 6515,no mather what I do, it refuses to print.

 

I can't connect to it or find it in my printers search.

 

Would appriciate any help.
