ND12 internal failure

I'm getting a message on the display of my printer saying ND12 internal failure. I can't seem to find any information on what this means. 

 

Can anyone help?

Could you please give us some more information, what machine is it?

And does it say more than that?

Sorry! It's a Phaser 7400N

 

I went into Troubleshooting > Network problems > Network diagnostics — which is where it displayed the message

 

When I'm printing from a machine I just get a 'Cannot connect' message, although I can successfully ping it…

I assume it says N012, though I cannot find anything about this.

Just that it seems to be a hardware problem.

 

Hopefully someone who can give you more information will have a look at this thread :)

Hi all,

 

My Phaser 8560DN is now reporting the same error in network diagnostics. It's being playing up this last few weeks and I've just spent some time trying to identify the error. However, I can't find any published details By Xerox on what this means and how to resolve.

 

Can anyone help?
