I am personally very tired with this situation because I have bought in Amazon and eBay inks in order to continue working. We are not a priority customer for Xerox but they still wants us to pay their invoices when we are struggling to run the business.
IGEN5 - Xerox sales are down and profit is UP. That's all that seems to matter now. Soon it will be too late and Fuji will take over sales/service in North America and Xerox will still be trying to figure out what went wrong.
We have had the same situation with our 2 igen5's since October of 2022, but xerox won't admit to it despite several techs and executives admitting it is a fleetwide issue.
instead they are trying to hide behind their contracts which are designed to shield xerox from any liability or accountability.
received 3 new versaLink machine a month ago, all 3 have already ran out of black toner and guess what ITS ALL ON BACK ORDER!!!!!!!! it did not auto order i spoke with 4 differend reps one of which was a supervisor and i am no closer to having the machines back up and running. i am personally sugesting we switch companies

Thank you for the humidity tip James! I do run a humidifier here and it’s easy enough to increase the humidity, so I’ll give it a try. Lost another drum today because of spots, at least this one made it to 26% of life.
