WE HAVE A MESSAGE HERE TITLED "FTM-12-2071" RELATED TO ONE OF THE STACKERS. WHEN I CALLED XEROX SUPPORT AND THEIR TECHINICIAN CALLED BACK, HE SAID THAT ERROR MESSAGE WAS NOT IN THEIR FILES. HAS ANYONE EVER SEEN A MESSAGE LIKE THIS? IT IS PREVENTING US FROM SENDING PRINT TO THAT PARTICULAR STACKER.
Thank you for using the Support Forum. The closest error I can find in the FTM-12-2070 which seems to indicate a stacker fault that will require a technician. If you do not get a satisfactory response from the technician, please ask for a supervisor or district manager. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
