Phone support is 8:30-5PM local time Mon-Fri (Toll free 1-800-827-2797)
Outside of those hours is limited, at least in North America.
There's an issue with the phone line on Sundays, often.
The music stops and you don't know if you're on hold. Wait times can be 20-30 minutes. Hey, I've got multiple machines I want to keep running, even if one is down. I can't be hanging on the phone for 10 minutes.
When there was music, sometimes it suggests coming here for support, but it's hard to find the link to open a ticket. It's just community support.
