Hello,

This is a power and communications error. I would have suggested you completely power the machine down, but it seems you have tried this. I now suggest to contact our cusotmer support department and speak with a Product Specialist at 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Need help on code : 45-940 and 45-941

Product Name: Xerox Iridesse Production Press
Operating System: Not Specified

Paper jam different places in the press, but keep getting error code 45-941 and 45-940. Support tells us to restart system and press completly, but error keeps coming back. Tried to search the internet to see what these codes means, but no info at all. Any suggestion on what may be wrong? I asked this question before here in forum, but the answer then was for code 44-940 and 44-941, wich I guess is not the same error code?
