Please forgive me as I am not great at this stuff. I work at a rural church and we have no technicians.
Recently a Xerox technician came to update our Altalink C8035. He obviously thought he was doing us a favour by upping some sort of security setting.
Previously, anyone connected to our wireless network could print (this is critical to our function). Now only our receptionists computer will print. I have called Xerox many times to no avail. They keep telling me I need to purchase a wireless adapter. The printer is connected to our network by an ethernet chord.
I have played with any settings I feel comfortable playing with and cannot figure out how to get it so that any device connected to our network can print.
Any helpw ould be appreciated.
I searched the Support Page and found this article that can help you troubleshoot your printing issue. Please ensure everyone who is trying to print is on the Ethernet network.
