Hi,
Thanks for you reply.
Unfortenately, this didn't solve the problem.
I think it only happens when connecting the device to a specific type of switch.
I'll get in touch with the support centre if I have some more info.
Hi Mattiaz,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the online knowledgebase article for Slow Printing. Pay particular attentions to Step 3 and Step 4. If this does not fix the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Hi,
When installing new AltaLink copiers we often experience connectivity problems.
For example: old copier = WorkCentre 7225, connectivity is okay.
When replacing the device by an AltaLink C8135 and connecting it to the same network port as the old copier there is no connectivity (no lights blinking on network card). Changing the network speed setting on the network card from the copier makes it communicate again, but printing is very, very slow.
When we are lucky, the customer has managed switches where the network port can be changed from 1Gbps to 100Mbps for example. Then resetting the network speed on the copier to "Auto" makes it print like it should (normal speed).
However, when the customer can't change the setting on his switch, there is no decent solution.
I can imaging you guys are familiar with this problem.
Update:
Photo added with time received - time printed (more then 2 minutes for a Test Page from windows using PostScript driver GPD PS V5.759.5.0, also tested with V5.733.11.0, same problem)
Kind regards,
Mattias
