New C235 Printer: Uneven print density

Thanks for Your answer. Sadly the steps doesn't help to fix the issue.
I tried to call the German department, but the computer answered "the service is temporarily out of order".
Frustrating...

Please take a look at this article light,faint or faded printing/copying for some trouble shooting steps to try and resolve the issue. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Hello,
I have a new C235 printer and it is printing with "uneven print density" on the right side of the paper. The troubleshooting in the user manual doesn't help to fix the problem.

Does anybody have an idea?

The stripes should be even, not fadingTestpages: Left normal, right high toner darkness
