New Cyan toner Cartridge not recognized: Phaser 6500 ~ also offline

There are two types of toner, so we would need to know if the machines you have use metered toner or non-metered toner, is both machines set-up to work with metered toner?

The error on the printer states that I need to replace the Cyan Toner.    I took a toner from another brand new 6500 (still in the box) and put it in and it still gives me the same error. 

I tried to print a configuration page from the printer and it will not print.

I tried to use the print black feature, however the printer lists istelf as offline, even though I can access it through the web interface.

At the moment I have revoved the 3 color toners and restarted the printer.  Same error and on the web interface it still lists the below status:

093-932:Cyan Toner Cartridge at end of life. Replace Cyan Toner Cartridge. Printer is unable to print.
093-423:Yellow Toner Cartridge at end of life. Replace Yellow Toner Cartridge. Printer is able to print.
