New Laser Printer - Can't print dark text

Product Name: Phaser 3260
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

I have the preinstalled toner and I can't print dark text.  One time I set the graphics and text dark and it printed darker one time.  But I can't get to print all text dark as default.
