New Printer won't print from PC and driving me crazy HELP!!!!

Sorry Cathy but when I follow the link it gives me no information on how I can do what it suggests. I can't try something without any instructions. Surely there must be something simple causing this problem- I just don't believe XEROX would sell a product to a loyal customer that is faulty and not have away of resolving it .I think that is called customer service!!!!

Can't install printer and it is driving me crazy

Product Name: Phaser 3330

Operating System: Windows 10

Had a phaser 3330 for some years and it finally died on me.

Bought a replacement, plugged ithe existing usb cable, inserted the cd and thought everything was Ok. Press foir atest print on the machine - no problem. Try to do it via the PC and it does nothing but it shows a DHCP error on the printer. No idea what that is. Have tried deleting and reinstalling but no change.

So I have a brand new printer but can't use it

Any ideas( other than but another brand!) How do I stop/solve this DHCP?
