The printer is under warranty, so I strongly recommend you to claim DOA.

New printer blank screen

Product Name: Phaser 6022
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I purchased a new Phaser 6022. I've just installed paper, connected ethernet and power and powered it on. Nothing seems to be happening. You can hear a quick click inside and the display screen lights up, but there is nothing on it. The menu button does nothing. I can't select the language. The printer also isn't found on the network. So, is the printer DOA? What can I do? Thanks.
