Yes, XPS is a purchasable option.
That error happens with 100% of Microsoft Class drivers, it does not happen using any Xerox made and supplied PCL or PS drivers. Just get a driver from Xerox and use it, no need to buy stuff.
Hello Everyone.
I am trying to auto print receipts in NextGen EHR software via the EM Sevaprint function. An error sheet prints out stating "XPS option not enabled" several drivers were used and the error message is generated for all drivers.
I looked into the settings on the printer (C8045) and in the config report it states that the XPS (XML Paper Specification) is not installed. I'm assuming this is the issue. From my research I see that XPS has to be purchased from Xerox. Can anyone confirm that the setting is indeed the issue?
