Re: No color option on excel just grayscale

Did you read what you posted? You literally broke down every aspect of the print job that isn't the problem and asked for help, now you are stating the issue is with copies? So the entire body of the post is irrelevant completely?

I mean, where in this is it not pointing to a print job? Why would you mention Excel, Windows, Drivers and what the application allows if it was all just "copies are de-saturated"

Just installed a C70 and the users are having issues to print thru Fiery. Driver is installed on server and shared out. All users use the same driver. Their documents created on excel, they are using windows 7 with Office 2010, that application do not allows user to print in color setting and is using only grayscale, then the print outs don't look as they expect. any suggestion is more than welcome.

The printer can't possibly know you printed the thing you copied from Excel, so it is everything is faded, or particular colors are.

Choose Color and don't rely on Auto color, and set back ground suppression to Off.

If that fails, have a tech look at it.

Re: No color option on excel just grayscale

Good day Joe, thanks for your reply,

What we meant is that when the users create a spreadsheet and they highlite some rows with light yellow, or light blue or any light color, when they send to print is ok, but if they copy the document they printed with those light colors, the scanner doesn't pick up the light colors, even if the exposure is adjusted to the darkest position the copy comes out with out those light colors.

We tried calibrating the print and copy, we ran SIQA and still it didn't work.

No color option on excel just grayscale
