Yes I know how to go into diagnostic mode.

If you know how to enter diagnostic go to Tools, go to Maintenance/Diagnostic and searh for DC330 or "I/O check"

How do I execute this

Execute 077-050 in DC330 (I/O check) in diagnostic to see if the duplex motor is running.

No Duplexing now at all

We have changed the belt

It used to work with larger sheets but now you get the constant jam 

erro (077-130)

OK cool thanks we read somewhere not to lubricate the parts. However when we bought the new pars the folks sent a lubricating pen
But yeah we will try cleaning the gears again

Hi,

It is ok. But until you got the new parts, try to clean and lubricate all the bushings on the duplex module and to adjust the belt tensioner.
