No imprime doble faz

Product Name: Xerox B210 Printer
Operating System: No especificado

Cuando quiero imprimir doble faz se traba la hoja y no imprime de tal manera, el sistema me dice atasco de papel pero no hay ningún atasco.

Por otro lado, también quiero saber cómo eliminar la página de inicio que saca la impresora cada vez que quiero imprimir.
