No power - tried contacting chat support - always disconnected HELP!

Product Name: Xerox B310 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

My printer will not power on.  I have tried a known working power cable.  I have tried to connect with chat support as calling isn't suitable for me.  Every time I connect I am advised that I have to be "transferred" to another department.  I have waited up to an hour to chat with whomever I am supposed to have been "transferred" to, with no answer or notification.

My printer is in warranty, and I would like it replaced.  I'd actually just like to have my problem acknowedged in the first instance.

HELP!
