Does someone know how to restore print notifications when a document has been sent to print?
I have looked in the printer driver, the notification icon. I called Xerox level 2 support. The technician told me to uninstall/reinstall the print driver. No luck.
Environment : Windows 2003 R2 Terminal Server.
A few things to check under Printer Properties:
1. Ports Setting > Configure Port > Check SNMP Status Enabled (If grayed out)
2. Under the Configuration tab > Bi-Directional Setup > Automatic - should be a setting for Notifications also.
If you don't see those settings reply with the print driver you have installed and I'll install it to give more specific directions.
