Sharp does not supply that free, it is purchased with the printer, the license to use the software is included in the purchase of the printer, but it can be purchased seperately as well. The software is downloaded for free, just like near all other software, you pay for the activation. There is also a license tool, where if you bought the option for a license (or 5) you can enter the MFP info to get that one retrieved. See here.
